Archetipical is my artistic pseudonym. With this online project I explore human archetypes through surreal and evocative artworks. I work both with photographs and pieces of ancient paintings, combining them digitally with techniques of photo-editing, compositing and digital painting. The subjects I portray undergo the same metamorphosis as the psychedelic characters that inhabit our dreams, mythical tales, or the grotesque visions of hallucinations.
